I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.
